Acutemp Hemacool HMC-MIL-1: Why cant I use the key pad to type in serial number?

I had to wire a new battery harness and replace the fuses and the cord and finally got power and the key pad only lets number go down when trying to set up. Tried the combos every way but i cant get it to select and i cant use until i set type in serial number

The power on one of my Quincy Lab oven won’t work. It seems to be stuck. Whenever I push in the switch to the “On Position”, it seems very stiff.

I replaced the upper bearings 140-130-00, but it seems the shaking mechanism crank assembly bearings 140-236-00 are shot also. Any idea on how to get these out?

Freeze dryer is shorting somewhere followed direction by engineer. Nothing oblivious could be seen.

They have suggested get someone in to take a look and they will send all necessary parts. What could be shorting the freeze dryer

We have a centrifuge set at room temperature but after a 5 minute spin, samples are cold and frost can be seen within the chamber. Does anyone know how to diagnose and fix this situation?

Hettich Centrifuge: Searching for the operator and/or service manual for a Rotina 38R.

I have been searching for the manuals for a Rotina 38R, which has been discontinued for some time. Does anyone have a line on these? The Rotina 380R is probably close, but CMS regulations demand make and model specific PM instructions.
