Sometimes voice just stops working. Often on start-up dim "GARMIN" appears on screen, then unit freezes. Needs many attempts to restart. Sometimes battery removal and replacement after a period of time is necessary to get it working again. Unit is about 3 years old with minimal usage.

Can you offer any suggestions on repairing? Thanks
