I just finished a 5k and I think I was suffering oxygen deprivation because I accidentally deleted my run off my watch!!!! Is there anyway to retrieve this????

Garmin Vivoactive: Charged watch but the screen does not work

When the watch is plugged I can see the screen ON and the batery is 100% charged. However, unplugged the screen is OFF and the watch seems like it has no battery.

The product itself is still working..

Is it possible to have the face cover replaced and if so , where do I send it and approximately the cost?

Garmin Vivoactive: Can not get out of the golf mode

When I use the golf application on my Vivoactive there is not option displayed to exit or quit the app. In one YouTube video it said to tap on the menu and to choose "end round". Mine only displays "new Shot".

The tempered glass is crack and seems strongly adhered to screen . Tried to remove from edges but the edge gets broken and my watch looks ugly.

Garmin Vivoactive: Why is my bluetooth on garmin off and I can't turn the button on

Hi I have tried disconnecting device from my iPhone. I turned iPhone on and off. I turned garmin on and off. I also turned bluetooth off on iPhone and on again. The watch shows in settings under bluetooth that the bluetooth is off and no matter how I swipe the screen I can't move the button to on. Please help

Hey guys, like the question stats, I plugged in my watch to charge while I went for a nap and the screen went blank after I plugged it in to charge (still had more then 60% charge). I tried holding the buttons, I looked through the phone app and was unable to find anything to help.

Any help provided would be of great assistance!

I have a Vivoactive 3 Music. My Bluetooth headphone work fine until I start an activity, then the music shuts off. They don’t seem to work simultaneously. I am using BackBeat FIT 3100 earbuds, they are on the list of compatable products

I have had my watch for 3 months and never had a problem until now. It constantly connects and disconnects to my LG 3 phone, even with my phone next to it. This causes the battery to run down significantly and data wont sync. I have removed Connect app and reinstalled, run updates to Connect, re-paired my phone and watch, updated OS on my phone and nothing works! Any other suggestions?

Garmin Vivoactive: Disconnecting on iPhone when closing app

Just bought one of these for my dad to use with his iPhone 5, and everything works for the most part except that when he closes the app by pressing the home button twice and swiping the app up, it disconnects from the phone. This is very inconvenient as with my Galaxy 6 this does occur when I close the app. Is there a setting on the iPhone that I am missing that can stop this from happening?

I have had my vivoactive for 12 months and my husband has had his for 11 months. We both wear our watches everyday. We use them primarily for watch functions, steps, and to measure the distance and time of runs - but it regularly goes swimming, golfing, jet skiing, fishing - love it. I am an accountant and my husband is a builder and wears his on the building site everyday. I have not updated the software on the watches since we bought them ("if it is not broken don't fix it") but it has not skipped a beat. In the last 2 weeks, both of our watches have gained time - and not at the same time. My watch gained half hour and my husband's approx 15 minutes. Cannot locate anything in troubleshooting. Has anyone had this issue?
