Garmin Smartwatch: Garmin watch incorrect time

My Garmin Forerunner 630 now shows the time 8 hours and 11 minutes behind the correct time. That could be the time the battery was flat. I then had real difficulty pairing with my iPhone but it's now paired.

I have done soft and hard resets of the watch and removed and reinstalled Garmin Connect. I've changed time zones on my iPhone. That changed the time on my watch but it's always out 8 hours and 11 minutes. I've manually changed the time on my iPhone but that had now effect on the watch. I've done multiple data transfers with Garmin Connect but that didn't help.

Any thoughts?

Update (04/29/2016)

Found how to reset time under settings and clock on the watch. Obvious, really

Update (04/29/2016)

Actually, it's not fixed. The question remains.

I can manually set the time, but if I set it to automatic it shows the wrong time.

Any thoughts on fixing the automatic feature?

Garmin Vivoactive 3: Garmin Vivoactive 3 battery drain

Hi guys, I see that many users complain about fast battery discharge from 100% to 0% in a day or even less. Reportedly the problem appeared after the firmware update 6.2 and with the FW 7.54 it is still there. All sorts of resets and reboots do not solve it. All IQ apps removed. Garmin support can only offer a substitution for a refurbished item fro 99 USD, which does not look like a solution. Any ideas how to help? Thanks.

Garmin Fenix 3: Can I replace a malfunctioning weather sensor?

Hi, I have this unpleasant situation with my Fenix 3 w/ OS 8.9, which I’ve bought just 3 years ago: suddenly , I can’t get temp, pressure or altitude readings, just a dash or nothing in return. Trying to calibrate the altitude manually will result in a ‘calibration failed’ message. The GPS method returns the altitude from sats but can’t set it either (same fail message).

So, GPS, compass and everything else are working just fine, all except this all-in-one ‘weather’ sensor - for temp&airpressure - that comes solded on the chasis, separated from the motherboard and connected through 3 pins.

Outside cleaning/rinsing of the sensor inlet ports and factory defaults didn’t solve anything.

As warranty expired and Garmin policy exclude service (allegedly), is there any way to fix this? :)

Thank you

My vivosmart 3 strap ripped where it attaches to the body on both sides…the straps could be glued back on if there was a glue that could actually bond with the silicone. Or maybe there's a sillicone strap available for another fitness band that the body of my vivosmart could slip firmly into?
