Garmin Nuvi 65LM: Won't Charge Due to Loose USB Connector

USB socket where I plug the usb charger to charge in the gos is loose and looks like I need to solder it. Contacted Garmin and they told me I need to return it and pay $99.00 or trade for a new one for 20% discount. I told them, I just need soldering on the usb but thye told me those were my only option. I would jut do it my self and do the soldering. Any suggestions? place to solder it or any clues how to solder it if I do the soldering myself?

Hello, I have a Garmin Nuvi 65 LM. Recently I noticed that when I am going to an address after about a couple of minutes the screen switches from map view to turn by turrn directions. I have tried rebooting, updating maps and software and have looked through all of the settings. Is there any chance of fixing this or is the GPS toast?

My Garmin Nuvi 65LM will automatically start a route I drive each day, within a minute or two after I start driving. Yes, I start driving approximately the same time each morning. How can I prevent this from happening?
