Garmin Nuvi 265WT: Why is my touch screen not working?

I think my screen is faulty or needs to be replaced. When I try to touch one corner on my screen it will register a touch in another corner. Any thoughts?

Garmin Nuvi 265WT: Device will not hold a charge.

Hi there! It's me again! So found a new problem. The device battery is not holding a charge. I will leave it on the charger to charge for hours so by the time I need to use it will be fully charged. Then when I try to use it, the battery level is already drained within 10-20 min. What could I do to resolve the problem or fix it all together?

Garmin Nuvi 265WT: Trouble turning on the device.

I keep trying to turn on my device, but it will not turn on. I don't know what to do to fix it. I have tried charging my device but it still nothing. What can I try doing to fix this?
