No local stores in West Palm Beach that I know of?

Can't get a quote page to load on sharc.net so that option seems to be out also.

I do not know if the digitizer needs replaced, if there is one.

It seems there is an adhesive or something holding it in place.

Since there are no screws, is the screen even removable from the device? If so, what tool could help me?
