Garmin Nuvi 1490T: Bypass DISA Activation Code for Whistler Radio Scanner?

Product is a Whistler WS1010 Radio Scanner and Serial number is 0038275 and DISA number is 1004030777. My mom buys a bunch of random stuff around christmas time and gives them out as gifts to random people. Usually stuff on sale or clearance. This was left over from our last christmas and I asked for it. There is no receipt and I already tried get your code but that says there was no sale record. I sincerely doubt my mother is a thief. Is there a way to get the 6 digit activation pin?

Garmin Edge 520: Opening up case of Garmin Edge 520

Has anyone opened up a Garmin Edge 520 and can explain how it's done?

Need to get inside mine to repair the USB connector, but the 520 doesn't have screws holding it together like previous models of the Edge series did.

Suspect it's glued together and some heat and a bit of prising will get it apart, but thought I'd ask here in case someone's done it before and knows the trick

The battery on my watch has become very unreliable lately. (Forerunner 405) It will die within 2 hours from the time I take it off the charger. How will I replace the battery myself, so I don't have to pay $70 and ship my watch to Garmin? Thanks for any help!

Garmin Quest: change the battery in Garmin Quest?

I have a Quest since it came out - and LOVE it. Has anyone successfully replaced the internal battery?

Mine is ok at the moment, but I dread the thought it may die and ..what then? Still does 12 hours of GPSing - great on the Motorbike, no wires needed

All the new ones only do 5 hrs when new :(
