Garmin Fenix 5: Garmin watch doest charge and power on

Hi everyone!

Got a Fenix 5 plus for around 2.5 years, lately my watch froze twice and turned itself off, and now it is not turning on.

things I tried :

Hard reset (and also when connected), cleaning the charging port, using another charging cable, switching the charger, trying to charge from a computer and nothing worked.

Sometimes when I turn it on it shows the starting logo and then dies.

After that I thought it would be the battery so I got one and replaced it but its still the same.

This is what happens when Im trying to turn it on. The Amps going to around 0.2 and then back to 0.00.

Anyone has an idea what can the problem be? Thanks

Garmin Fenix 5: Elelvation not recording on Fenix 5

The elevation on my Garmin Fenix 5 does not record during an activity. I have followed Garmin instruction re cleaning the port and calibrating and the watch seems to calibrate fine when not being used to record an activity. But during both run and cycling activities outdoors it records zero elevation variation throughout the activities. Any advice would be appreciated TIA
