Controller will turn on and work but if the power cable taps my legs or gets pulled a little the controller won’t work unless unplugged and plugged back in.

GameSir G7 SE: Why won't my back or mute buttons click anymore?

After taking apart my controller to the individual shells, cleaning it, and reassembling, both my back and mute buttons won't click anymore.

After trying to figure out why I noticed the button for the mute inside to be further away from the external. It's the same on the back buttons. I know I put everything back the way it's supposed to go and everything aligned fine. All other buttons and sticks and triggers are fine as well.

I was playing a game and randomly the mapping button turned on and it is now stuck being pressed without being touched. I can only use A, B, X, or Y when holding the left or right trigger, and I can’t seem to fix it. There are no updates available for the controller either, and recalibrating the controller in the app had no results.
