Galaxy Tab S9 Plus: I bought a samsung s9 feplus it has retail samsung retail mode

I had no idea what samsung retail mode was until I was logging onto my thought was brand new tablet and it kept closing on me and going to this screen that had compare prices and than notification came through and it said retail mode so I googled it and wow . so please can smone tell me how to get rid of this please I paid 900 for this tablet and I tried contacting the person I bought it off and im getting nothing please help.

Everytime I'm using tiktok or Amazon or any app the screen randomly shuts off and restarts itself. I tried going into the samsung members app to send them the issue log and it fixed one time and continued happening.
