Gaggia Classic Pro: Gaggia Classic Pro not pulling water from group head after using steam

Hi, I accidentally used the steam wand on my Gaggia Classic Pro while the water tank was empty. Since then, the machine won’t pull water from the group head — though water still flows from the steam wand. I’ve tried force priming with a syringe and running water through the steam wand, but it hasn’t resolved the issue. Any ideas on what could be wrong or what else I should try?

The boiler has been completely overhauled and solenoid valve clean, vibratory pump has been checked to be completely in working order and all the inlet water piping from water reservoir to the pump and from the pump to the inlet of the boiler has been checked to have no scale and clog. The outlet from the boiler to the 3 way solenoid valve has been checked to have no scale built up.

The group shower screen has been clean completely to 99% new.

After checking all, ther water dispensing from group is still very restricted.

Suspecting that the magnetic solenoid valve is not working. Could this have caused the slow to almost no dispensing of water when the brew button is engaged?

I noticed that the silicone tubes pumping water from the tank have become dirty with a possible build up of fungus. They need to be replaced. Is there any guidance on this? Thanks!

I prefer waking up with a good coffee than an electric shock but it fills the purpose I guess.

Still, why does it occur? Can I prevent?

There are no loose wires. The thing is 2 years old + 1 month so outside guarantee.

Gaggia Classic Espresso Machine: Not enough water pressure to force through the pod

Unit comes on, when ready to force water through the pod, the unit sounds like it goes to half power. Made sure pod isn’t too tightly packed. Regularly descale the machine, hoses are clear, unit is primed, just very little water pressure. What is the issue?

hello, water is not coming out when i press the botton to make an espresso.

I think it has to do with the fact that the coffee had been coming ver very very slowly because the grind was too fine…. (tight)

Gaggia Classic Espresso Machine: Where to place a ground electrical connection

I am uncertain about where to connect one the two ground electrical wire that goes from the back of the machine, that is, from where the electrical power comes from. The ground electrical wire I cannot place is not the one that goes to the clamp that holds down a transparent tube.

Gaggia Classic Espresso Machine: Steamer no longer works

Following what sounded like a burst of water falling on a hot surface inside the machine, the steamer worked briefly then gave up entirely: no water, no steam, no sound. The coffee portion of the program still works fine. Does this sound like a failed part that can easily be replaced?

We have tried all of the self help fixes and nothing is working. We think the pump has gone out. We'd like to get it fixed. Can you recommend a repair shop in N. California or Reno NV?

The machine grinds, then it goes to the press cycle, performs the coffee press cycle. Once it is to perform the brew cycle, on many occasions, displays the message, "add coffee beans", while the coffee reservoir is full of beans. The machine does not brew. By sticking a spatula in the frill chamber, and going around the drill/grinder, and cycling the complete brew command again, the machine brews coffee through a complete cycle. On occasions, it takes two or three times repeating the spatula work, turning the machine on and off, to get the complete brew cycle. This wastes a lot of good costly coffee. We regularly descale and clean the coffee maker when it displays time to do so. Any suggestions, and/or instructions, outside of taking the unit to a professional repair shop?
