GPD XD: Is it possible to fix a water damaged Gpd xd?

I had wasted water on Gpd xd. First, off instinct was to turn off the object and shake all the water I can get out and put in some rice (not good idea). After some days I had taken it out to see if it works, the system turns but the display doesn't show. It still charges just doesn't have display.

The screen cuts out or has lines across it. I have to move the screen to another position to get a good picture. How do I fix the loose hinge?

Screen started to glitch when it was open in different angles and then eventually turned black. Doesn’t ever turn on now even when it is fully charged.
