GE Refrigerator GWE19JSL: Why does my GE GWE19JYLGFFS fridge make this grinding noise?

This noise has been happening randomly for 5 months. I've had technicians out twice to fix, but when they arrived it stopped. I showed video footage of the issue and one guy said it was the 'yoder loop" and it would eventually stop. I think it's safe to say that's not going to happen at this point so any idea/suggestions you all may have on this I would appreciate.
