GE Refrigerator GSS23WSW: Water dispensing issue - door feed seems clogged

The water is not dispensing from the door. Ice continues to be made. I changed the filter and the valve with no improvement. I decoupled the water hose at the bottom of the door and water is being delivered to the door. I am guessing there is no additional valve from the bottom of the door to the dispensor.I fished a wired from below through the dispensing hose thinking it was glogged - got through most of the length - no improvement. Could not fish it through the dispensor itself. I tried (using a waterpik) to fill the hose with white vinegar. It not not take any from above. Any ideas?
