GE Refrigerator GFE29HSD: GE control panel lights are all on

At first the cubed ice button was the problem. Would move and then not work. Used a small knife to move it back. Then last night my wife saw our granddaughter mash all the buttons a lot. Now all the lights are on and turning the circuit breaker off for 5 minutes does not reset it. Any help on this is appreciated.

Update (12/19/24)

I may not have added enough information and I just saw where I could have posted a picture. The compressor is working. All he lights are frozen all the time on the front and will not work to dispense ice. Hope this picture helps.

GE Refrigerator GFE29HSD: Help-Why does GE refrigerator ice machine and water not work

GE GFE29HSDHSS refrigerator upper ice machine is not working and water does not dispense. Lower ice maker works fine, but freezer light does not come on. Checked freezer door switch and all is good there. Lights come on in refrigerator and when door switches are depressed they go off. Everything is cooling fine as desired. Tried the lock and light button for reset, as well as unplugged fridge to try and reset. Neither worked. On display, it also doesn’t show upper ice machine as an option to turn on and off like it once did. Just seems weird that bottom makes ice and top doesn’t. All buttons work on front, including the dispense lever and light even comes on, but no ice or water. Also took out the filter and put in the bypass plug to see if that would help and it did not.
