GE Refrigerator GFE28HMH: GE Profile door ice maker/controls not working properly

My GE profile (GFE28HMHEES) french door dispenser quit working. The dispenser switch clicks, and turns the light on, but zero dispenser activity including water. The top (door) ice maker is not working. The fridge has a new filter and the lower IM is working great. The door close switch seems to be working, it shuts the refridge lights off.

I can still select options on the front touch pad and change stuff. Strangely the ability to see & turn on/off the upper ice maker is gone from the display (the one not working). I can turn the lower IM on/off.

So I replaced the control board and darn it no change. Hoping there is a good next move… other than calling a GE service rep out.

GE Refrigerator GFE28HMH: GE Profile fridge lost cooling everywhere except crisper draw

GE Profile fridge Model #GFE28HMHDES lost cooling everywhere except crisper draw. Sounds like compressor is running. I took the panel off in the freezer below, (back wall) and coils were not frosted over but the copper lines coming down from the top were. I left it off for a while to defrost and still not cooling. I need my fridge! Please help with any solution as to next steps in troubleshooting process, parts to replace, etc. Thanks in advance
