GE Refrigerator GFE26JSM: Fridge not cooling, freezer is really cold

Hello, we have a GE french door fridge (GFE26JSMAFSS) and the fridge has not been cooling (~60F top shelf, 48F bottom shelf), while the freezer is really cold (-15F). We have cleaned the condenser coil, confirmed the condenser fan and compressor are working. The evaporator fan seems to be working just fine as well.

At first we thought it’s either the defroster thermostat or heater. So we opened up the cover and did NOT find the evaporator coils to be covered in frost/ice buildup. We did replace the defroster thermostat anyway and confirmed that the heater is still in working condition.

This did not fix the issue so we checked the damper and thought that it was broken not able to open. We just replaced the damper assembly a few days ago, we could feel a bit of air coming out the top vent, but so far it seems like the issue isn’t fixed yet. Our last thought is that the temperature sensor is faulty. We ordered a sensor replacement too, but just now I found out that the fridge has 4 sensors? Would replacing the one in the fresh food section be my best bet?

GE Refrigerator GFE26JSM: Water dispenser leaks about 30 seconds into use

I have a GE GFE26JSMAFSS, when the water dispenser is in use, it dispenses water fine, but begins leaking about 30 seconds into use. The water is coming from the ice despenser hole. Ice machine works fine.

Any ideas on what the issue wight be? Thanks very much

Sorry if this has been asked before:

We have a French Door Freezer on the Bottom GE Model- GFE26JSMAFSS

My husband said the alarm for high temp started beeping but the doors were not open so he simply hit the alarm button on the display and the beeping stopped. Later thought we found that the lights inside of the refrigerator would only come on some of the times when the doors were opened. The freezer light came on 100% of the time. With the refrigerator the problem seemed to be with both doors and not isolated to just one. Also, all of the buttons on the display appear to be working, however, when you press the trigger for either ice option or for water nothing happens, not even the sound of a pump or an effort being made by the refrigerator.

We tried turning off the breaker, we also tried the light and lock as other have suggested, I also changed out the water filter; none of these have helped the water and ice dispensers to work. We did take off a plastic housing on the top of the refrigerator and checked all of the connectors and none seemed to be loose.

My initial thought was that the water and ice wasn’t working because they “thought” that a door was open, however, I am at a loss. I really do not want to pay a service fee if this is something I can fix on my own.
