GE Profile Refrigerator PVD28BYNB: GE profile PVD28BYNBFS ice maker not receiving water

I have been troubleshooting my ice maker for a month now with no luck.

original my ice maker stopped producing ice because the ice box fan failed and the ice box in the fridge wasn’t getting cooled enough. Replaced that part and now I can’t get water to the ice box.

Working items.

Ice machine will make ice cubes with water added manually

water line from solenoid to ice maker clear. (Checked with air compressor light pressure)

Water dispenser works with adequate pressure

Ice maker solenoid passed ohms check and also (ran jumper wires from water solenoid to ice maker solenoid. Request water from the door and water went to the ice machine.)

It seems like the logic or the ice machine is not requesting water because it’s not opening the solenoid.

Any ideas?

Thank you

GE Profile Refrigerator PVD28BYNB: Why won’t the control lock on my ge profile pvd28bynbfs go out when yo

My ge profile pvd28bynbfs refrigerator control lights up when you turn the ice maker on. It will dispense water but not ice. The ice maker was just replaced because we were told that was the problem, however the ice maker doesn’t work

GE Profile Refrigerator PVD28BYNB: motor noise powering up and down when opening door

My GE Profile refrigerator, model PVD28BYNCFS, has a louder-than-previous motor noise when opening the french door on the ice maker side only. I can now hear a clatter(?) as it powers up when opening and powers down when closed. It's only for a few seconds, and then it runs smoothly for the rest of the time.

When I'm behind the refrigerator, looking at the back, it appears to be in the lower right area. It is definitely not the ice maker.

How can I fix this before it becomes an issue?
