GE Profile Refrigerator PFSS9PKY: Refrigerator Will not dispense water after replacing filter.

After replacing the filter on a GE Profile PFSS9PKY French Door water would not dispense. I put the old filter on and it worked fine. I have tried the Ge brand as well as another brand filter and had the same result. I followed the directions for filling the filter first with out success. The fridge would make a hammering noise only with the new filter which would then stop however no water would come out or sometimes very little water would come out at first then nothing. After a couple months with the old filter I tried again with the new filter and now water will not come out with either the old or new filter.

GE Profile Refrigerator PFSS9PKY: Freezer not cooling down, Temp on front display shows -2,

The front display shows Freezer -2, Fridge 34. The fridge is at 34, checked with thermometer.

The Freezer is the same temp as the Fridge.

Would this be a sensor, since its reading the wrong temp?
