Fujifilm Instax Mini Eight: InstaX mini 8 won't take pictures and all orange lights are on

Hi. I have the instax mini 8 Polaroid camera. I went to use it for the 4th time and all of a sudden it doesn't work. When turned on all the orange lights are on the dial not just one, there's a red light by the screen viewer and it won't take any pics. How do I fix this? I emailed Fuji film and they didn't answer

camera turns on . but wont take a photo . red light at the backs stays on . and the light for brightness setting doesnt go on. tried to replace a set of batteries. didnt do anything.

I just recently got the camera as a gift, and I read all the instructions. Got the camera all set up and film loaded. First picture came out great! The rest however kept coming out black. In any lighting with different settings, didn't matter. Changed the batteries just in case and thought maybe it was a bad pack of film. Loaded up a new pack of film and once again, first picture came out great, then the rest black. I never opened the back. I store the camera in a safe place. Never dropped it. So I'm kind of stumped on what's going on. I'm about to give up and have it get returned so the person who bought it for me can have their money back. Anything helps thank you!

I got my Instax mini 8 camera last year, I wanted to use it now but it would not turn on. I used new Energizer batteries and would not work. I tested the battery by using it on a mouse and it was fine. And also last time I put my old battery in the camera too long and it kinda 'melted'. But I cleaned out the battery slot and replace it with the new battery. How do I get the camera to turn on? Please help, thanks.

The flash works, the lights on the camera works, even after I take a picture the sound of the film coming out is there but the film just won't come out . I changed new pack of film and still the same thing. I thought might be that pack so i changed another pack of new film. Still there the flash, then the sound but the film is Stuck and won't come out. Please help!

I never dropped it before, it was always well taken care of.

4 pieces came off - the round plastic piece around the lens, some bracket under that and I think the 2 shutters that go over the lens.....how do we put these back on? it looks like it should be simple?

I brought my instax mini eight out for the first time to take a couple pictures on a hike, and when I went to adjust the lighting from indoor to cloudy, it didn't change. The orange light switched between all of the settings without me turning the dial, and eventually became stuck on the indoor setting. Can the camera be fixed?

Fujifilm Instax Mini Eight: Why is my instax mini taking 3 random pictures when turned on?

My Instax is taking 3 random pictures once it's turned on (which sometimes develop and sometimes turn out black) then the lights start to blink after it finishes taking the pictures. I've tried changing the battery and it didn't work. I also removed the film (which was then empty as the camera used up all the film) but it continuesto take random pictures automatically when it's turned on then starts blinking and I can't take any pictures. I bought the camera only a few months ago and used 2 film packs which worked perfectly. Thanks :(

So i have had this forever and today i put in a new film, and for some reason, it's not working. My pictures are coming out of the top, however, they come out with ink on them and with color all over the picture. The picture that i take is not visible and the only thing that is, is the ink and the discoloration of the pictures. Please help me!

I just got the camera and the first set of film came out black so I thought the film was ruined. I bought a new pack and put that in and it still comes out black. The flash goes off and I had it on the right settings.

My instax switches on, all the red lights around the lens shines at once and when I click the button to take a picture, nothing happens.

It's definitely not the batteries.

Fujifilm Instax Mini Eight: instax 8 silver thing stuck

when you open the part where you put your film, you can see a silver thing in the right lower corner. It's the thing that pushes your picture up. My picture got stuck and I pulled it out but now the silver thing is still up and I can't move it. I don't want to break my instax 8 so I don't want to pull to hard. Now I also can't put any new film roll in it because the silver thing won't move down. Anyone can help me?
