I have tried using different batteries to see of it was the power of the batteries affecting my camera causing it not to turn on but nothing happened. What else could I do?

I have recorded many videos on my Fujifilm FinePix S4200 camera, but I can't seem to hear any of the videos as I'm watching them playback. I know I recorded the videos right and I'm sure I set the volume as high is it goes. I just don't understand why there is no sound coming out.

Fujifilm FinePix S4200: Fuji FinePix Model S3280 left button does not work, cannot do setup

I have TWO Fuji FinePix Model S3280 cameras that I love. I used the first one for over 7 years and suddenly the left arrow button froze up. I can take photos but I cannot use any of the menu functions in set up such as reformat the disk. So I bought another one, same model, that was in new condition. After only a month of use, this camera is doing the SAME thing. The left arrow key will not function and I cannot access anything in setup mode. I have found nothing online. Is this a mechanical issue inside the camera that I can fix or is there a reset option? (Note, there is no option in the pull down menu for S3280, but S4200 is similar. THANK YOU.

my lence on fujifilm camera when i turn it on did not go out like Iam coviring it with the plastic cover for lence but I am not (It says : please remove the cover on lence )

Is it hard to remove the lens on this? Because I got one that if you look into the screen, you see a black blob on the right corner. When you zoom in and out if focus and unfocus on that blob. Is there any way to clean it or fix it???
