I don't have a drill. Is there a glue of some sort you can recommend I can find at Ace, Lowes, or Home Depot to seal it tight so it doesn't fall off its screwed in mounts?

I have found my answer. Looking closely on the handle I saw Allen wrench screws I had an allen wrench the right size for. Worked beautifully.
