The port probably has a loose connection or I've bent it somehow. Unfortunately Framework no longer sells the brick by itself and you can only buy the whole charging set, so like the brick, USB-C cable and AC chord. It's also worth mentioning that the charging set was previously out of stock for a good while. :(
