Ford Taurus: My power window won't go up

Front driver's window only goes down. All the other window work fine. I checked the connector for the motor with a voltmeter. 12v when I hit the switch up, -12v when I hit the switch down. Any ideas what the issue might be?

First off, I removed spark plugs and see black at the tip and also smell what seems to be gas?? Also can I get a vacuum hose diagram.. This question is actually for a 2006, could you still help??
