Hey there, not sure if just anyone can ask a question on here...but here goes. I have an SB2 by Sutra 1" infrared flat iron. It's almost 6 years old and just suddenly stopped working properly. It turns on and starts to heat up but if you touch it to move it, the iron shuts off. Almost like a micro fizzle sound if I put my ear right up to where the cord comes out. Is this toast or do you think fixable? Thanks in advance.

I’ve noticed that the power cord connector on my flat iron is loose, causing the power to cut out when the cord is moved into certain positions. I attempted to disassemble the flat iron to fix it, but I couldn't figure out how to open the casing.

Does anyone have experience with this or know the best way to take it apart?

I have a global beauty Chi flat iron I purchased on eBay some years ago that doesn't get quit as hot as my daughter's Chi she bought full price in a store. Also, the problem now is the the on/off switch flickers & won't stay on. I have to keep playing with the switch to get it to stay on but eventually turns off in use. Please help me!

I am having an issue with the run time on my Dyson Corrale. It has been slowly getting worse. Currently, full charged and plugged in, I only get about 20 sec of run time. I then have to turn it off an back on again to get another 20 sec. Any suggestions on if I can fix this myself as Dyson is no help? Seems to be a sensor issue since it does show as fully charged.

After switching on device it heats up while and all the temperature indicators started blinking.

Still straightener keeps on heating, but temperature level couldn't be identified as all three indicators are blinking

i have a cloud 9 straightener that has lasted about two years. when plugged in in my bedroom, the straightener works perfectly and has no problems whatsoever. however, whenever it is plugged into an unfamiliar powerpoint, it stops working entirely. it has happened twice before and has been fixed by a hard hit from a hand. i have tried this once more without success. there is no reason for it to have blown up, and it is becoming more and more irritating.
