The extruded got clogged with TPU. I took it apart and cleaned it out and put it back together. Now it won’t move properly. It will only bang against to back of the case along the x axis. I’ve tried recalibration and I’ve tried flashforge customer service. They are no help?!

FlashForge Adventurer 3: My printer has a homming error

I had a job running on my printer when I saw that it was messing up, in that momment the nozzle was down, close to the mat. I stopped it and it went back up, thus I believed that it had removed the job from the list. But it hadn't, and when I went to do another job it kept thinking that it was still close to the mat so keep pushing upwards making a very freighting sound. I tried re homing, sill forced up and made the sound. I tried using the menu to make it go down but it kept forcing upwards. I don´t know what else to do. Please help me.
