Fitbit Versa Lite: fitbit screen is multiple color dots on lower half and circles on top

My fitbit Versa lite stopped working, it first kept telling me that it did not sync and to try again, on the face of the watch, I have never seen this message there before, then It started giving me this split screen of colored dots on the bottom and interlinked circles on the top. I have tried resetting the fitbit, removing the app from my phone and reinstalling it. I made sure it was fully charged via a wall socket. It is out of warranty, is there someone that can fix this??

I observed that my fitbit versa lite is not tracking my heart rate and my steps. I have tried suggestions given via fitbit community and its still not working. I also observed that the sensor light does not come on.

I have tried just about everything to get my Fitbit vibrate. It doesn’t work with anything including timers, alarms, when I reach 10k steps or notifications. I think the vibrator is broken. Can you replace it?
