anyone tried to replace the charger port. some of the pins seem stuck. i’ve tried cleaning with isopropyl alcohol seems to work in short term.

I can longer swipe through the face/ screen of my Fitbit surge. It no longer reacts to touch making it impossible to manually track workouts/ runs. Fitbit is less than 1 year old but has gotten a lot of use.

For the last few weeks I have been unable to change the information on my surge. The buttons work fine, I just can't review information on the screen anymore. There is no external damage to the screen.

Hi there,

I stupidly took my fitbit surge into the ocean and now the screen flickers and the liquid crystal displays appear unfinished ie. have streaks through them. I can still control it (just) and find my way through the menu's.. I have tried putting it in a bowl of uncooked rice to draw out any moisture but to no avail..

Any ideas or is this a bin job?
