Hey all,

Planning to replace my sense screen, but cant find any tutorials that show how to do this. I have found one video where it is done but it is unclear to me what is going on and the VO just says remove thin ribbon and attach to new screen. He appears to be prying something up and then just sticks it on the new lcd. He doesn't appear to be fitting it into or on some contact point. Is the nfc cable just connected on the mobo? And then just anchored to the back of the lcd with out actually plugging into the lcd? Any guidance or reference would be appreciated.

Fitbit Sense: Unlocking fitbit Versa as it's removed from the app

My Fitbit versa 2 is locked and says "unlock with phone", however I stupidly removed the device from my Fitbit account and now realised I shouldn't have as I can't re pair it as I need to be able to see the 4 digit pairing code on the screen which won't display because of the lock.

Can someone please help!

I'll be eternally grateful.

Have tried all the usual things including:

- Resetting watch my holding down button for 10 seconds, but it doesn't give me the longer vibrate after the logo disappears

- Turning Bluetooth on and off (Bluetooth is working find and picks it up)

- Uninstalling and reinstalling Fitbit app- Trying web version

Basically, I need a way to unlock a Fitbit versa 2 WITHOUT a phone!

Hi,
I have a Fitbit sense, and it was kept on charging overnight.

When checked in the morning the watch was not turning on, even after holding the power button nothing happens. No logo, no vibration.

When connecting the charger, the watch heats up and is hot in abnormal way.

Suspecting some problem with power circuit / chip.

Any suggestions is welcome.

Recently my Fitbit has been having a hard time charging. I've tried my best to clean the port. But it doesn't seem to be making a difference. If you hold it just right it will charge but it's no longer working. Can you please help?

Hi, my Fitbit Sense Heart Rate green light stopped working last week. I have tried everything from the tips online to factory reset. Everything else works fine. Without the heart rate indicator, however, the sleep score and more detailed exercise tracking does not work.

Fitbit Sense: Screen replacement - screen goes black when button is pushed

I cracked my Fitbit Sense screen and was able to purchase a replacement from Ali. However, after I installed the screen, the watchface and clock shows up correctly but whenever I pushed the side button, the screen goes black. Therefore, I can't tell if touch control is working or even other screens of the menu.

Basically, untouched, the watchface with clock is shown but when the button is pressed, the screen goes black and nothing is shown. In addition, the screen with clock will show up again in a few seconds. Anyone have any advice?

I have the Versa 3 which is almost similar to Sense. I don’t know the Versa 3 keeps disconnecting from my phone. I have done a reset of the Versa 3, and I have also restarted my phone, yet the same problem persisted. Please can you help out?
