<title><![CDATA[Fitbit Luxe: Battery does not retain charge after charging]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>The battery looses charge within 24 hours of charging. On charge it reaches 94% within five minutes. The device is three years old. I suspect that the battery needs replacement. What are the steps to replace the battery please?</p>

<title><![CDATA[Fitbit Luxe: Screen cannot swipe up down left or right]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>I bought my fitbit luxe just over a year ago...(purchased October 2021), so now I have no more warranty!</p>

<p>A week or two ago I suddenly found it VERY difficult to swipe the screen left or right</p>

<p>-I tried restarting, no luck</p>

<p>Today I am unable to swipe it up/down, or single tap - I can ONLY double tap on it</p>

<p>Would a screen replacement be possible, and would it solve my situation?</p>

<title><![CDATA[Fitbit Luxe: Fitbit Lux screen is red]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>After camping this weekend, my Fitbit Lux battery died. When I recharged it after I got home, the screen turned bright red and has continued to stay that way. I reset the Fitbit and have changed the screen to see if that would do anything and it hasnt. what do I do? I tried to contact Fitbit customer support but they seemed to have ghosted me. My husband got it for me from Kohls, does that change anything? Has this happened to anyone else</p>]]></description>
