Hello. I am in the process of fixing my Fitbit using a few of the smart watches. In the process I think I got the replacement battery I ordered mixed up with the original. I know, rookie mistake. Does anyone have a picture of the actual battery replacement you received from IFIXIT? Does it look like the picture that's shown with the item in the website or different? I uploaded a picture of the battery I think I received, but I thought it was the one I removed from my broken Ionic.

Repair went pretty good and was fairly easy, nothing seemed to be out of the ordinary with ribbon cables, wasnt rough with them at all. After replacing both the screen and battery the device will now occasionally get stuck at the boot logo, and I cant narrow down anything that is triggering it. Device functions well otherwise, touch seems to be a tiny bit finicky sometimes. I tried factory resetting the device. Any other ideas? Considering taking apart again and reseating all the cables.

I am replacing my Ionic display screen and am having difficulty reattaching the GPS antenna. I simply cannot reconnect it to the motherboard. Is there a trick to this? Can the teeth of the antenna connector break?

Ionic reset to factory settings so nothing should be draining but its dead within a day.

The heart rate monitor not working also.

Not in warranty to exchange so does anyone know somewhere within UK that repairs??

Yesterday, my ionic wasn’t displaying the time but all other functions were working. I proceeded to switch it off. I can’t switch it on anymore after that. Battery is fully charged. Any idea how to fix this?

I have been trying to find a way to repair my Fitbit Ionic. Already tried all sort of troubleshooting methods to boot up the watch.

As the last resort, guessing the battery would have depleted or died. So is there anyway you guys could help me to repair it?

My Ionic watch keeps running stats steps, floors, kms, calories, etc continuously even when i am not wearing my watch. because of this steps are going more then 100k per day and watch needs to be charged everyday. I am not getting my proper stats every day.

My ionic screen somehow got distorted like it had a virus or something. Then about three weeks later, it stop working altogether. It has not been damaged, cracked or anything.

Is there any way it can be repaired? I’ve had it for over 18 months. Or do I to spend another $200 for another one?

Fitbit Ionic screen first asked to change the clockface, after 2 days the screen started showing vertical lines (colored). Now it shows dull flickering white color only. The images have low resolution, but still can be seen. Will a screen replacement solve this issue?
