Fitbit Flex: Fitbit Flex 2 not charging

When I plug it in to charge, the lights flash as normal and it appears that it’s charging up as it should.

When I unplug it to use it, only 1 light appears, which indicates the battery is very low, even though it’s been on charge 3 hours or more

I have put it on the past two mornings and it usually resets back to one glowing dot. Not the last two mornings. Two yesterday and four today. I don't know if it is worth worrying about or just time to get a new one. Suggestions?

I lost original fitbit. When I synced new one I got all these acculated steps. I now had to add and subtract to get proper number of steps. For example I got up this morning and instead of no steps there wre 10,110! I want to wake each morning to a count of ZERO.

How can I reset to get zero steps?

My flex battery is fully charged but when inserted into the band it's not being recognised (no lights flashing when I tap the strap and the app is not finding it), any advice?

My Fitbit Flex has twice in a month lost function and displayed the alternating lights 1-3 then2-4 back and forth. The reset using paperclip in the charging station works fine.

My FitBit stopped working after wearing for only 5 weeks. What I can do to repair it? I really miss not having it. I don't know why it stopped. I did not drop it or take it in the water.

I have to manually reset my tracker several times a day. The app shows the battery as "full". When I charge I only get one light.

My Fitbit stopped working yesterday morning I had charged it Thursday night and in the morning it still showed a half charge. I am not sure exactly when it stopped working but when I left the gym and wanted to see my steps it did,t count any of them. I charged it and thought maybe because it was hot and sweat it took the charge and counted some steps but when I went to bed it started vibrating and would not stop and vibrated until the battery was used up. I then cleaned it like it showed on the video, and put it on the charger again. It charged but is not counting steps or lighting up. Not sure what to do.

The receptor USB came out of my wristband, and I lost it. Are receptor USB's in the wristbands you order? Can I just order a receptor USB?
