My Fitbit Charge HR battery will only hold a charge for 45 minutes, tops. I’d like to replace the battery. Can I get a replacement from somewhere & can I replace myself?

This device was a Christmas present from my son & daughter-in-law in December 2016.

Did recommend update in 2 of my Fitbit HRs and both have stopped half way through the update and rendered them useless. How can I fix this twice.

its just the plastic part that attaches to the fit bit. it has the side button as a part of that, it has cracked and then come away from the fitbit exposing the surrounds of the charging port on the underside of the hr charge fit bit.

I just need a spare part for this and want to know where to go or who to call to do this.

Hello!

About a month ago, my FitBit got stuck on an update. I left it to charge and after about 3 days it was working again.

On Tuesday it was not responding to touch and was not counting steps. Then it went into update mode again and has been stuck ever since. I have tried restarting - it won't. I have also tried to a factory reset - nothing.

Can you help?

The plastic part that surrounds the Fitbit charging port as well as the button has come off and while trying to put it back together it broke into multiple pieces. Is there a way to replace it? Can I order that specific part?

I have a fitbit chargeHR. This has stopped working to the extent that the only reaction I can get is a picture of a bar which shows half 'colored in' and half empty.

The band came apart near the readout. I tried to continue to wear it but now it doesn't work at all. Can I get it replaced? It's a little over a year old.

The piece where plug in the charger on the Fitbit ...broke in half and falls off ...

As a result the only way to charge the Fitbit is to physically hold it in place until it charges .
