Fitbit Blaze: Replace battery, on with low battery, needs to stay in base

After replacing the battery it was low, put in in base/charger and it doesn’t charge.

The button on the actual device fell off, is there any sort of replacement part I can get to fix it. For extra information it is the button on the left side, the only button on that side, and therefore you cannot use those functions unless you use a pen to press it.

My fitbit blaze screen will not swipe even after restarting it so many times. It happened a few months back and restarting it sorted the problem, but it won’t swipe now.

Still reads pulse and steps and heart rate etc but won’t swipe.

There wasn’t this smartwatch in the menu, but it's about the sleeping track. When i open the app, it doesn't show anything for sleeping data.

Also, The steps are counting, but from moving my hand, it shows more steps.

If I make a call, my fitbit vibrates, even after they answer. Someone calls me and I answer it keeps vibrating while I’m talking. Never did this before.

Fitbit Blaze: Fitbit Blaze only works in charger

My Fitbit Blaze works fine in the charger but shuts off immediately if the charger is unplugged or the watch is taken out of the charger. Can’t even reset using the reset procedure from Fitbit as there is no power at all. Shows 100% when in the charger. Is the battery a realistic possibility? It can’t imagine it is but the alternative sucks.
