Kindle Fire HD 8: Broken Battery Connector on Mobo

I recently purchased a replacement battery for my Kindle but during the installation process, I inadvertently broke the plastic foundation piece (female) on the motherboard. Is there any way to either replace this part, repair it (even a temporary workaround so I just turn on device and access the data) or access the data if I can't get it to turn on. Is there a way to turn on the device or access the folders without the battery? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!! I'm desperate at this point.

I wanted to remove the motherboard due to something going wrong when modding my Fire, i found out i had to short some pins. But when i removed the back cover, i found out the pins were on the other side. Found screws, i unscrewed them, only to realize i was unable to take the board out. This tablet was taken apart a few times by repair people but not myself, and i don't want to damage anything. Help would be appreciated.

Well turns out guys i just had to disconnect everything. I was attempting the removal with the display and digitizer connectors still attached, but now i disconnected them and the board came out successfully.

I got the tablet from a friend who told me it didn’t charge. “No problem,” I thought, so I ordered a new battery, which was charged, so I thought I could let the tablet die overnight. Well, I did, and now it’s not charging again. Now what?

I accidentally left my Fire HD8 under a comforter while charging it; I’m pretty sure it overheated. There was something that looked like condensation on the edge of the screen, but after the kindle cooled down the screen looked normal again. When I press the power button, though, it makes a ringing sound but won’t turn on. I took off the back cover, but I don’t know what the problem is. Maybe battery, but I’m not sure. What should I do?

My tablet was working fine until one day it started to freeze and be unresponsive. I've held the power button for awhile and it would make a noise and show the Amazon logo and turn off again. It would do it over and over again. Sometimes, it would say it needed to be charged. So I would put it on the charger and it would do that same loop all day when the charger was on the entire day. I don't know if it's time to repair the tablet or there are other methods to fix it.

My Kindle worked fine one day and the next am was stuck on the fire screen. Two days later, my Mom's Kindle did the same thing. Both are charged and no matter how many times I press the power and volume buttons; it always returns to the fire screen.

Hi, I am trying to repair a screen of a kindle fire for someone, but I think I messed up. I checked some YouTube channels and when they finally remove their screen, there is nothing to be seen around the edges. However when a bit of the screen I am trying to repair broke off, I can see stuff underneath, shown in the pictures. Did I go to far beyond the screen. Have I messed this up?

My Kindle is connected to my Wi-fi but can’t connect to any servers or anything. When I restart it, it will connect for about a minute, but then say network unreachable. It does not have the ! Mark in the Wi-Fi icon, but I am stuck.

My kindle has always worked fine, but I haven't used it in a while since I've been busy. I just tried to turn it on and it looked shattered and had a weird colourful line glitch across the screen. It isn't physically shattered, nor is it just the home screen image. It has nothing on it, it's just a black screen with coloured lines across it and a large "crack" through the middle
