Zipper: Is my zipper ruined?

My dog chewed the plastic side at the base of the right side of my zipper. I am unable to slide the zipper through that side of the jacket. How can I fix it?

Patagonia Fastener: Pocket zipper frayed, getting hung up.

Hi,

I have a pocket zipper that started to fray, & was getting hung up. I burned off the fray with a lighter, it still didn’t fix it. I burned it a little more, it worked, but still has a little friction on the spot. It also created a small gap on the zipper fabric between the zipper and jacket fabric. I am thinking if I keep using the pocket, the gap will get bigger.

It is a brand new Nano Puff that a vendor gave me a month ago. I have worn it a handful of times, & surprised the zipper failed so quick.

Is it something that can be fixed under warranty?

Hi, I’m an experienced tailor and upon looking at the Hooded Down Sweater, it looks like the down will be exposed and loose if I remove the old zipper and try to replace it.

Is the down not contained inside a separate form??? I don’t really want to get into that kind of mess!

Two zippers on the jacket are broken. The bottom stop on the front zipper broke off, and one pocket zipper is broken.

If I send it back to be repaired by your team, will it be covered by the warranty? Will you fix it or replace it? It’s only a few years old. And not hard wear.

I'm trying to replace the zipper on my favorite mid layer jacket. The metal has separated from the fabric on the bottom of the zipper on the non-zipper pull side. So I'm trying to find the matching zipper so I only have to resew one side. Its a left handed zipper and am not having any luck trying to find a replacement

The zipper I'm trying to find is a black 36'“ long left hand YKK #5 coil 2way zipper.

Patagonia Zipper: What do I do if the bottom stop box has come off?

The stop box, and zipper have come off of a kids vest. I am not finding a way to replace the stop box which helps line up the zipper. I ordered replacement zipper pieces to repair a bunch of Patagonia items, but the repair kits don’t come with the box at the bottom. Does this call for a full zipper replacement, or is there an alternative?

First of all Patagonia bags are the best I've owned but, my bag is missing the plastic connector for the arms on the bag. I have one half and I looked for the parts on your website but you don't have them available. I would really like to have one if its possible.

Zipper: How to fix pants coil zipper that opens after pulling the cursor?

I've read the guide on how to fix a zipper that opens when the slider is pulled, but it requires that the two halves of the zipper can be separated.

I have the problem on a pair of trekking pants, and the two halves are kept together by the zipper box. The problem is the halves comes open right after the zipper box!

Is there any way I can fix it or should I replace the entire zipper?
