But ASUS later gave me an reply claiming that the damage is due to "unnatural damage" and asking me to pay for 930 HKD for RMA, after some weeks of, the engineer gave me this picture and claiming that the mis-matched heat sink screw was the cause of the damage to the hinge. Is the engineer's claim real? Thanks!
