Epson artisan 837: Loud clicking noise when trying to print

I had a paper jam, but after the paper jam was removed, the paper feed does a loud "clicking" noise and will not feed the copy paper from the tray. I then get a message saying that there is a paper jam.

Ever since I have had this Artisan 837 I have had trouble with the touch screen. You have to hit the selection two or three times for it to respond. I that normal or does the screen need to be replaced?

ADF paper feeds in until it reaches the lower row of feed wheels (round rubber rollers ) then just stops, won’t feed any further.

The printer has done this since new.

Epson artisan 837: Duplexer does not accept paper.

After a paper jam was cleared in the duplexer it will no longeraccept and flip the sheet for printing on back side. Examining the duplexer I see that the black exposed gear that should engage with the white gear in the body of the printer simply spins without turning the duplexer’s feed wheels. Anyone have any experience on how to open the side of the duplexer to see what has slipped? Or have a schematic of the duplexer?

Epson artisan 837: Printing color is poor. Yellow not working.

Yellow appears to not be used in the printing process. I have changed out the cartridge and no improvement. Paper settings are correct. Print looks nothing like the preview.

My Epson 837 drops both small and large spots of ink mostly black on anything I print from simple letters to ultra premium photo glossy and or matte. I've tried cleaning the heads and blowing out the ink with compressed air and with a clear tube. Ive replaced the ink many times. I only use true epson ink. Nothing compatible. What else can I do? My printer ink heads have been cleaned. But when I print random blue ink leaks onto my printed document. The cartridges have been changed and new cartridges used. That did not solve the problem. I have also updated the printer drivers.

Warning comes up that paper cassette is not set correctly. It is set right but it still won’t feed the paper. Internal problem? Anyone know what to look for.
