Epson XP-410: How can I fix error code 0x9A

I have an Epson XP-610 that was in storage for 2-3 years. I pulled it out to see if it still works, to give to my uncle. Everything worked but it wouldn’t print - every sheet came out blank. After researching why it wasn’t printing, I determined the printer block was clogged with dried ink. Researched that and followed the procedure to put paper towel under the printer head and force water through the ink ports. Too cumbersome and time consuming. Followed instructions on how to remove the printhead and soak it in warm water to remove the ink. Took about 45 minutes to get clear water. Reinstalled the print head and when I turn on the power it says “Internal problem. Turn the power off. Error code 0x9A. Followed Epson website recommendations but nothing works. Followed suggestions made on internet. Still nothing works.

Is there any way to determine what might be causing the error? I’m pretty sure I got the wire cable back the way it’s supposed to be. Don’t know where else to look. I’m not going to take it in because it’s not worth the cost to have someone fix it. I’d like to take it on because I have nothing else to do and like the challenge.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Epson XP-410: What Ribbon Cable To Buy

NOTE: I actually have the Epson Express XP-310 but it wasn’t listed so i chose 410.

There’s a White Ribbon Cable that splits into two and connects to the ink cartridge tray. Well, one of the ends tore off rendering the whole cable useless and i don't know where to buy another cable like it or what kind I need. Anyone know? I cant afford to buy a whole new printer nor do i really want to just for something minor like this. I’ve attached pictures to help out.

- the white ribbon cable with [i think] its serial number

- the two split ends

- the two ports where the ends connected to the tray
