Epson WF-3640: Epson WF-3640 paper jam message, spring and gear fell out

I queued way too many papers for my printer to handle and it got jammed. I had no idea I can open up the back side to remove it so I opened the scanner unit and forcefully pulled out the paper from under the roller, so I think I broke something.

I found a small gear that came out but I reattached it ( red circle ) but there's also a spring that I have no idea where it came from. Check it attached photo, you can see the spring right there

Epson WF-3640: Nothing to be printed out, even with new ink set replaced

Got this issue recently, nothing to be printed on white paper, even with new ink set replaced. No errors reported from its manual page. Did head cleaning by its own for several times, still the same thing. Tried "print status sheet" from setup page, can only see very light green mark printed on paper. Did anyone have this problem in the past and know what could be wrong here?

Thanks,
