Epson stylus pro 4880: How to read and flash EEPROM on Epson Stylus Pro 4880

I have a 4880 that needs a main board replacing, but it has custom firmware on it.

How do I read the EEPROM and flash the new board?

I’ve heard of the Epson adjustment software, will this donit and where do I get a copy?
