Epson Stylus Photo R2400: Every Print head is clogged!

So i havent used my printer in some time. Last time i used it it wouldn't print the magenta so I gave up on it, and put it away. It is a $800 printer and I would like to be able to use it. However now when i do a test print it wont print squat. I have seen various ways of unclogging the heads using windex but I am apprehensive about them. I use this printer for gallery prints and clients. Andy pointer would be great.

Epson Stylus Photo R2400: Service Required message displays in print utility window

After changing an ink cartridge, my printer won't respond. The print head seems immobile, the top and middle lights blink on/off red (paper feed and ink cartridge change lights). A message in utility window says something about parts may be at or near the end of their life.

Epson Stylus Photo R2400: Roller paper is jammed

After printing a banner, and following manual instructions, I cut the paper before trying to back the paper out. Once before I cut the paper behind and pulled the paper out the front, but this time, against my better instincts, forgot since the manual says it will roll out the back.

The paper now refuses to back all the way out, and is stuck under immovable gears. When the printer was under warranty I had to replace the printer in a similar jam. Is dismantling the machine truly the only way to free the paper?

Epson Stylus Photo R2400: Align printhead done, but still prints misaligned. (Epson T50)

My printer is actually an Epson T50, but I couldn’t find the correct one in the list.

My problem is when printing text, I get a double print (vertical alignment) in particular at the top 30mm of the sheet. Probably about1mm out of alignment. Also minor double images towards the middle and bottom of sheet. I’ve done the Epson alignment procedure numerous times, modifying the numbers to get it slightly better each time. Then I can usually get it pretty close. If i print a page of text after that, it’s still ok. Bu the next time I come back to print (a day or so later) it’s back to being misaligned again. Is this a printhead issue that can possibly be fixed? I’ve never removed it and cleaned it, only done the printer cleans. Would the maintenance tank have something to do with the issue? I run a CISS ink system which I don’t think has anything to do with it, as the printhead runs smoothly when connected to it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
