filled refillable ink cartridge with sublimental ink. Allighned and reset the chip and now printer prints horozental fine lines prior to the image and through the image. So I connected my printer to the laptop and changed to the OEM cartridge. great it printed properly hmm. I was happy. the I guess I shouldn’t have reset the Chip on the OEM cartridge now it is doing the same thing my refillable cartridge is doing. Help frustrated Janice.
