Epson Stylus L380 CISS Printer: How to solve Multi-page feed error during Duplex Printing?

I am having problems duplex printing with Epson L380 model. After each page is printed, it says "Multi-page feed error", then I have to manually press the copy button to get it to print again. I have to print 200-300 pages at once, so this is really inconvenient.

I don't think there is any issue with the hardware because its printing single pages without any problem, just the duplex printing is causing problems.

I want to add to this... I am also having problem with the odd page/even page printing. Every 15 pages or so later, the printer will skip a page, thus completely disturbing the page sequence. The vendor has not been able to give any solution. Wrote to Epson, got no reply yet (it has been two weeks).

This problem is occurring in Foxit PDF reader as well as MS Word, making the printer practically useless to me.

Hello!

My beloved Epson Style Photo 1400 recently stopped turning on after having a "General Error" when trying to print (accompanied by flashing red ink and paper lights simultaneously). Now that it isn't turning on, when it is plugged in I can hear a faint intermittent beep coming from the back, between the power plug and the USB plug.

Can anyone help me identify what the problem is here, and how to get started with fixing it? I am guessing it has to do with the power supply, simply because the thing won't turn on....but correct me if I'm wrong!

Epson Stylus Photo 1400: after cleaning printheads printer doesn't work and emits a beep

Hi, I dissassembled my printer twice after cleaning the printheads as initially it didn't turn on afterwards. After swopping one of the tabs around I reassembled it and it turned on. It began to clean and after a minute or so the light went off and now it won't turn on and emits a quiet beeping. What have I done wrong? I found the replacing of the tabs very difficult to see in which direction they should be inserted. Could I have put one back the wrong way round?

So i havent used my printer in some time. Last time i used it it wouldn't print the magenta so I gave up on it, and put it away. It is a $800 printer and I would like to be able to use it. However now when i do a test print it wont print squat. I have seen various ways of unclogging the heads using windex but I am apprehensive about them. I use this printer for gallery prints and clients. Andy pointer would be great.

Whenever I print something on regular letter sized paper, the vertical lines come out all jagged instead of straight. I don't see any solution in the print settings and I'm not sure where else the problem could be solved.

Epson Stylus NX415: How do I bypass this general error?

I was just gifted an Epson Stylus NX415 hoping to use it at least as a scanner but when I power it on I get this error on the LCD display:

Error:

A printer error has occurred. Turn off the printer, then press On button to turn on. See your documentation.

I've checked the user guide and can't even find this status message listed in the documentation. When I try to power cycle the printer I get the same error. I've tried booting it with and without paper loaded.

When I have the OSX System Preferences panel open it lists the printer as on but idle:

And within the printer utility I get "General error," which is likely one of the least helpful error ever. Ha!

Is it a firmware issue? If so, does anyone know how to reset the printer to factory settings?

Epson Stylus NX240: Black ink has spaces in lines, color prints fine.

My Epson Stylus NX420 black ink has spaces (banding) in the lines when printed. I've replaced the cartridge 2 times, run multiple nozzle checks and head cleanings. It did not correct the problem. I also printed out a large .25" x 9" inch solid black box to find out what looks like on a larger scale. Here is a picture (or look below): http://bit.ly/2nGUwy0.

Someone said that a nozzle is clogged or not firing.

How do I fix &/or clean/unclog the nozzle.

The right side of paper loads properly but the left side does not laod properly so the paper wrinkles and jams. It seems like the side loading rollers are not working.

Epson Stylus Photo 1400: small strip of plastic inside printer has broken how do I replace

There is a very thin almost transparent strip of plastic that runs along the inside of the printer that seems to keep the ink cartridges running backwards and forwards, or at least knowing when the end of the machine is. This has broken off (my son pulled it off) how do i replace becasue now the ink heads just fly across to the other side of the printer and make a terrible noise and wont return to tehir base!

Epson Stylus Photo 1400: Printer not accepting new black ink cartridge

The printer was flashing that I was out of Black ink, replaced with brand new cartridge and reset, but printer will not clear and accept new cartridge. Tried replacing the new one thinking maybe I had a faulty new cartridge, but it still will not accept the new cartridge (black).
