<title><![CDATA[Epson Printer: Error says paper jam, but there is not. What could cause this?]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>I have an Epson Artisan 837 all in one.  It was working perfectly fine yesterday.  Today it is telling me I have a paper jam.  I went through the steps it told me to take 3 times.  There is no paper jammed anywhere!  Each time I finish the steps and turn it back on, it makes a grinding sound, then I get the same paper jam error message.  I need some helpful advice if anyone has seen this before, please tell me what I should do.</p>

<title><![CDATA[Epson Artisan 1430: Says "Paper Jam" but no jam is present.]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>My Epson Artisan 1430 worked perfectly for about a year then stopped.  The Ink and Paper Feed lights are both flashing and the Epson driver/software says I have a paper jam.  Here's the message I'm getting:</p>

<p>1. Cancel all print jobs.</p>

<p>2. Open the printer cover and remove any jammed paper.</p>

<p>3. Close the cover and turn the power off and then on again.</p>

<p>There is absolutely no paper jam.  I've tried unplugging it, rebooting - nothing helps.</p>

<p>I cannot get the ink head to unlock so I can't use a method suggested by others.</p>

<p>I now have a very expensive printer that worked for only a year.</p>

<p>Any suggestions - other than send it back to Epson for repair?</p>

<title><![CDATA[epson l3150: Printer does not print in color even after cleaning]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>Hello,</p>

<p>I have an Epson L3110 and for some weeks the color printing was getting weaker and weaker.</p>

<p>I followed youtube and cleaned the print head using isopropanol and warm distilled water. After cleaning, there was no blockage to water flowing through the printhead ... everything seemed great. After putting the printhead back in, I did nozzle cleaning 4x to make sure the printhead was loaded with color ... and the color printing was OK!</p>

<p>I turned the printed off for the night and the next day, printing in color resulted in nothing being printed, only black printing worked! I cleaned the head again, did 5x nozzle cleaning to fill the printhead with color, I made sure there is no air in the tubes and when printing in color .. nothing happenned, I still cannot print anything in color.</p>

<p>What am I doing wrong?</p>

<title><![CDATA[Epson Stylus L380 CISS Printer: How to solve Multi-page feed error during Duplex Printing?]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>I am having problems duplex printing with Epson L380 model. After each page is printed, it says &quot;Multi-page feed error&quot;, then I have to manually press the copy button to get it to print again. I have to print 200-300 pages at once, so this is really inconvenient.</p>

<p>I don't think there is any issue with the hardware because its printing single pages without any problem, just the duplex printing is causing problems.</p>

<p>I want to add to this...  I am also having problem with the odd page/even page printing. Every 15 pages or so later, the printer will skip a page, thus completely disturbing the page sequence. The vendor has not been able to give any solution. Wrote to Epson, got no reply yet (it has been two weeks).</p>

<p>This problem is occurring in Foxit PDF reader as well as MS Word, making the printer practically useless to me.</p>

<title><![CDATA[Epson Printer: Epson Printer NX510 Error message: "A printer error has occurred..."]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>I got this error message when I turned my printer on:  &quot;A printer error has occured. Turn off the printer, then press On button to turn On. See your documentation&quot;.</p>

<p>I did take a look and they say to verify there is no paper jam, which is the case here and then to call the Epson support centre, what I did.</p>

<p>The answer I got from the guy I spoke to is to send it to an authorized repair centre as there is nothing he could do over the phone. It seems it is a mechanical problem, but I wondered how much the repair will cost (probably more than what I paid for the printer...), so the technician offered me a big $30 discount to buy a new printer on their website...</p>

<p>Did someone get the same problem and fixed it? If yes could you please tell me what you did?</p>

<title><![CDATA[Epson WF-3620: Why does vertical line appear on documents using ADF as source]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>If I copy from the flatbed everything works fine.  However if I copy or scan using the ADF, then a black vertical line appears down the center of the output document.</p>

<p>I wonder if there is dust or dirt in the ADF causing the line to appear,  if so where can I find instructions for opening and cleaning ADF.</p>
