Epson ET-3760 Printer: Where did this spring come from, and how can I put it back?

This printer was having paper jam after paper jam. I would simply open the back and pull the sheet out as instructed, but the last time it jammed, the paper was too stuck and tore. My dad ended up getting it out (turns out there's still a tiny bit left in there: any tips?), but as he did so, this spring came out. He says he didn't unscrew anything, but the back was open and at some point he accessed the underside (above the tray).

Photos below. Thanks in advance to anyone who can (or tries to) help!

Update (02/12/24)

Update: an identical spring came loose and I grabbed it. It came from maybe 6 inches deep. There's a plastic piece 2-2.5 inches wide that is now loose, which can be pushed up on both sides. I can't get my phone camera to focus that deep, but I have a picture of a prying tool lying passively under it and then another of it pushed up, where you can now see some light:

So we're going to try to take the printer apart.

Second Update:

It was indeed Paper Guide Upper Right.

Unfortunately, poor little Paper Guide Upper Right is broken:

Bonus image of the culprit:

Epson ET-3760 Printer: Automatic Top Feed doesn't work.

The automatic top feed is broken. It will not pull the papers through for printing. There is no paper jam, no dust or anything on any of the rollers or sensors. The feed will just not work with even just one sheet of paper. The gears and rollers in the top section turn by hand. It appears whatever is supposed to be turning them (left front) in the glass top is not working.

Is this repairable and where can you obtain the parts and instructions to fix it?

Epson ET-3760 Printer: Epson Et-3750 Where do these springs go?

@oldturkey03 sorry I am pinging you as I came across the service manual you provided in this post Spring post, however going through it i am not locating these torsion springs. Same for the bar (see photos below).

Long story short i won't this in an auction and someone dropped it before it was in my posession and the ink tanks got open and Ink was EVERYWHERE, so I've taken it apart to clean it, the inside scanner bar was off the guide and the adf gears in there were off the posts, in the process I also came across these parts and cannot find where they go, any advice or input appreciated. I'll include a photo of what I was walking into.

Update:

I beleive i found where the bar goes, still unsure on the springs
