It would go back and forth between saying Replace Ink Cartridges and another error about invalid ink cartridge detected. There is a lock where you cannot open the top unless it gets out of this state but it was stuck in that state.

I have an Epson printer, WF-4640 that is fairly new, but have not used for about a year. Now each time I try to print, all I get is blank pages. I did all all the test and ran the cleaning test several, but no luck. How can I take out the printhead and give it a total clean up?
