I turned my tablet on to connect my wifi then turned it back off to make sure it saved the wifi and now it will only turn on to the main envizen digital screen

When using an application, browsing through my photo library, or just normal use the screen on my tablet sometimes freezes up. I am not sure what to do when this happens as I usually just wait until the battery dies. Is there any other way I can fix this issue?
