Ematic Eth103 13.3" tablet having problems with progams not working hanging up,

I go to youtube and can not get out of full screen. Deleted some programs tried to upgrade to android 5.1 could not do it. Tried to reset by holding down the power button and the volume up did not work volume down same thing. What can I do.

Hi. I bought this tablet a few days ago and it stays stuck on the screen logo. Now when I turned it off again and pressed the power button and the volume buttons it took me to the recovery screen but I also get the Android man laying down saying no command(separately). When I went back to the recovery screen I tapped the recovery system to reboot and I pressed the power button. It went off and came back on but it is still stuck on logo screen. I really like this tablet so please help or any suggestions. Thank you

My ematic laptop only starts up in some menu with the word shell>?! I reset it and after that it stopped starting up normally and will only start up with the shell menu?! I have no idea what happened? Can anyone help me bring it back to its original self? I only used it for a couple weeks and haven't been able to use it since. Tried everything that I could think of or find online about it but nothing happens and this has me confused! 🤨😒

I forgot my pattern for my tablet. And I have tried the pattern a bunch of times and it says that it is the wrong pattern then I try factory resetting it and wiping the data and when I press on it there is a bunch of no's and no yes's at all I do not know what else to do can you please help me fast thank you.

I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on fixing the screen. The details about the model are given below.
